Flea Market Fancy fabric...

this is my ALL-Time favorite fabric line, it is sadly out of production, and very hard to find. I have been sitting on this collection for a while now.

I recently made me a quilt out of it and now I've decided to sell some of this gorgeousness in my Etsy shop!!

I have listed a few sets of 6 inch squares

they are so fun!!

a NEW adventure...

Because, apparently one can NEVER have toooooo many stamps, ink, paper, punches etc. etc. ;)

I conquered my fear...

of ZIPPERS today!!!

one of my new year's resolutions was to finally figure out how to sew a zipper, they have scared me ever since 8th grade sewing class when Mrs. Be-otch made me sew one and then gave me a D!!!!
I HATED sewing back then, it's funny that my job is SEWING!

If only that teacher could see me now! :)

2 new purses...

I sewed up 2 new "Dottie" style bags for my Etsy shop!

The top one is Charcoal Grey with a print by Amy Butler, the bottom one is Black and has a strip of B&W houndstooth.

these are made from a heavy canvas- they are thick and sturdy!

I always wanted a VESPA scooter...

I see people zipping around on their cool scooters and I get soo jealous- I would LOVE one!! sadly, it is not practical for hauling 4 kids to their many destinations. BUT, I did find fabric that has the CUTEST vespa looking scooters, with stripes and dots, oh my!!!
